Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, including photos or videos if the item is defective.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
